Fantasy Finish

Hopefully, most leagues are done and are not playing the 17 th week. I never like the last week because it is more unpredictable. Who wants to decide the league championship on a week when many teams bench their starters?

It was a rough year for me in fantasy leagues. I ended up in second place in my sweepstakes league. In my other league, I had a shot at third place, but my team tanked like the Minnesota Vikings. The Favre trade got me a win in week 12, but it was all downhill after that. Some teams were just too strong on luck and schedule.

I will be watching the new set of rookies that come out next year. Rookie running backs can always contribute to a fantasy team. Wide receivers are coming to the NFL more polished so there are one or two that may have an impact. It will be interesting to see what some of these fantasy wonders will do next year: Jerome Harrison, Jamaal Charles, Arian Foster, Jeremy Maclin and so on.
