Week 9 NFL Power Rankings

1. Green Bay Packers- Right now the Packers are the stand out team in the NFL with offense and a loaded defense they will be hard to beat.

2. San Francisco 49ers- The team is as tough as their coach, they must stay consistent and Smith must have the hot hand.

3. Baltimore Ravens- Amazing finish versus the Steelers will the offense stay hot?

4. Detroit Lions- Stafford to Johnson is the key connection if the defense gets hot look out.

5. Pittsburgh Steelers- A solid team will they get back to their winning ways after the heart break against the Ravens?

6. Chicago Bears- Forte is the Bears main offensive force, but Cutler is rising to the occasion.

7. Houston Texans- Good without Johnson in the lineup, maybe unstoppable with him in the lineup.

8. New Orleans Saints- Brees is an all-pro and Graham is emerging but must play better on defense.

9. Buffalo Bills- Fred Jackson is a key piece to Buffalo’s playoff run, if Fitzpatrick can continue his magic the Bills have a shot.

10. New England Patriots- Difficult times for the Patriots, Brady is turning the ball over too much and the schedule doesn’t help.

11. Atlanta Falcons- Dismantled the Colts, lets see if the offense can continue the roll.

12. New York Jets- Will be tested when they face New England, can they win with Sanchez?

13. Oakland Raiders- The Raiders are a force and playing well with Carson Palmer finding his groove.

14. New York Giants- Eli Manning is playing well and the running game is solid.

15. Cincinnati Bengals- Dalton and Green are taking over Cincinnati, the Bengals are playing well.

16. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Key wins in the division have them sitting pretty but they are still young.

17. San Diego Chargers- Rivers is turning the ball over at a high rate, Tolbert and Mathews are a good one, two punch.

18. Philadelphia Eagles- Will the real Philadelphia Eagles please stand up heart breaker versus Chicago.

19. Dallas Cowboys- An enigma to say the least.

20. Tennessee Titans- Hasselbeck has been a surprise and the lack of Chris Johnson production has also been a surprise.

21. Kansas City Chiefs- Finally getting offensive production we will see if that continues this week.

22. Carolina Panthers- Cam is becoming frustrated in Carolina unless they can give him another option at receiver his frustration will continue.

23. Arizona Cardinals- Kolb is struggling and that is not what the Cardinals or their fans want to see.

24. Washington Redskins- Rex is benched and Beck is brought in sounds a lot like the preseason…controversy.

25. Denver Broncos- Tebow will be starting after the bye, fans are excited let’s see if the organization will be after the next game.

26. Cleveland Browns- Not a good team without Peyton Hillis, need more playmakers.

27. Jacksonville Jaguars- MJD and not much else going on in Jacksonville. Need improvement all around on both sides of the ball.

28. Minnesota Vikings- Ponder is the future, and for the Vikings the future is right now.

29. Miami Dolphins- Got on the winning track against Kansas City let’s see if it can continue.

30. Seattle Seahawks- Not a very good team but can show flashes of being good but when they are bad they are really bad.

31. St. Louis Rams- Jackson is an animal at running back and now with the acquisition of Lloyd from Denver the running game will benefit greatly.

32. Indianapolis Colts- Just not very good on offense, the defense is solid but can’t hold out for all four quarters without offensive production.
