Flacco and Ravens triumph in 20-14 defeat of Browns
The Ravens won 20-14 in order to finish the season undefeated at home, for the first time in their history. The Ravens victory also increased their playoff chances, although rivals Pittsburgh also won.
Joe Flacco threw for two touchdowns as the Cleveland Browns lost again. The Browns now face the prospect of finishing one game behind their record last year, when this season was supposed to be at minimum, an improvement. Ray Rice who performed sensationally against the Browns earlier this season, played great again. Rice ran for 87 yards and caught a TD.
The Ravens led 17-0 at halftime; however the Browns were able to attempt a comeback and made the score more respectable. The impressive Ravens would wrap up the AFC North next week by beating division rivals Cincinnati Bengals.
Flacco completed 11 of 24 passes, for two touchdown passes and one interception. Cleveland failed to match the Ravens offensive spark. However Josh Cribbs had a career high 84 yard punt return for a touchdown which proved to be the best play from the Browns all game.

Cleveland has been seemingly getting worse every week and a string of silly mistakes from management and players cost the Browns as they fell to 4-11. Cleveland are starting to show glimpses of talent, however it has been surrounded by game changing mistakes such as penalties and unwanted time wasting. These mistakes have led to some fans calling for the coach, owner and some players to be removed, and for the rest of the team to learn the NFL fundamentals.
Colt McCoy sat out yet again, and replacement Wallace threw 19 of 33 for 147 yards and running back Peyton Hillis ran for 112 yards. Tight end Evan Moore caught a 9 yard touchdown pass, meaning the Browns had a small chance of coming back, however they fell short towards the end of the game and lost 20-14
The two teams have been the total opposite this season and this will continue next week as Baltimore hope to seal their division with a win and Cleveland are simply hoping to cause an upset at home to Pittsburgh, in order to satisfy some of the fans expectations and tie the record of last season.
