After being 17-0 down after the first quarter, the Dolphins fought back to win 28-23 in Atlanta on Friday. Both Ryan and Henne struggled and they only started to play at a decent standard until they were playing against the reserves. Henne went 4-8, 77 yards, 2 interceptions and 1 TD. Ryan went 6-10, 90 yards and 1 TD.

In the First quarter, a 2 yard run from Michael Turner put the Falcons up 7-0. Then Henne threw his first interception. Henne threw a pass behind the intended Fasano, which gave the Falcons the ball on the Miami 40 yard line. That set up the Falcons for their second TD of the day. Ryan threw a 20 yard pass to the rookie receiver Harry Douglas for a 14-0 lead. And the Falcons added a field goal which gave them a 17-0 lead.

Tony Sparano and the Dolphins decided not to risk any injuries, so Reggie Bush, Brandon Marshall, Jason Taylor and Jake Long didn't play.
Daniel Thomas started in place of Reggie Bush and had 4 rushes for 5 yards.
Henne's second interception came in the second quater. Henne's pass was intended for Davone Bess, but was poorly thrown and was picked off and that was Henne's night. He was replaced by Matt Moore who went 11-118, 123 yards, 2 TD'S and 1 interception.
After Henne threw the 44 yard TD to Brian Hartline, Matt Moore came in and immediately threw a 28 yard TD pass to Roberto Wallace and the score was 17-14 at half-time.

In the Third quarter Atlanta increased their lead to 20-14 with a 24 yard field goal, but the Dolphins replied on the next drive when Matt Moore threw a 6 yard pass to Edmond Gates and the Dolphins were up 21-20. Then the biggest turing point of the game was when Philip Livas scored a TD on a 75 yard punt return which put the Dolphins up by 8.

The Falcons did add a field goal in the fourth, so the Dolphins hung on to win 28-23, but there are still questions relating Chad Henne. But it's still preseason and there's still a lot of football to be played.
