Last year, the Dolphins were the eleventh worst offense in the NFL. Many people blamed Chad Henne because of his inconsistencies and because of the fact that he threw only 15 TD'S and 19 interceptions. But it wasn't entirely his fault. The fact was that Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams barely rushed for 1000 yards between them and that increased the pressure of Henne's throws. But Reggie Bush takes that pressure off Henne.
Firstly, Bush is 8 years older than Williams and 3 years younger than Brown, so Bush brings some young legs into the backfield along with Daniel Thomas. Also he is athletic and fast so he can explore gaps and power through them with his pace.
One of the other things that Bush has done is win the Super Bowl with the Saints. Williams and Brown never achieved the Super Bowl, so Bush has experience at the highest level and he can share his wisdom to Daniel Thomas.
Reggie Bush is also a good pass receiver, so if he isn't running the ball well, Henne can throw the ball wide to Bush and he will pick up yards.
Overall i believe that Reggie Bush will better than Ricky Williams and Ronnie Brown were and the Dolphins also have a power running back in Daniel Thomas which Williams and Brown weren't. So expect the Dolphins to be picking up first downs with Bush with the ball.
