Notes from Texans first preseason game

-INJURIES- Derrick Ward left game during 1st qtr, as well as two competing right guards Studdard and Caldwell
-Good pressure with new 3-4 scheme
-Offense still slow to start- granted w/o Johnson, Foster, other RBS
-Announcers were quick to praise Ogbannaya RB but didnt actually look that impressive, open on pass routes
-Pass Defense still porous though Jon Joseph is still out.- Sanchez 6 of 7 passing
-Return game dismal
-Mario Williams still in transition though alot of Jets effort were put in watching him
-Connor Barwin and Demeco Ryans are fully recovered and showing their past abilities.
-Matt Leinart played reasonably well in a limited role but as an offense there were too many underneath throws among all quarterbacks
