Top 10 games of 2010 - Buffalo Bills vs. Baltimore Ravens (week 7)Coming into this game it looked like a mismatch on paper, the Buffalo Bills came into the game at 0-5 and the Ravens were at 4-2 so you automatically thought that the Ravens would take this game easily but not so fast that is why they play the game. The Ravens come into the game with, as always, a solid defense and a ground and pound rushing attack with Rice and McGahee. The Bills are still trying to find themselves but it seems that they know that Jackson is the starting running back and Johnson is their true number one receiver that they have been looking for, but there have been many questions about the starting quarterback position. This game was a real surprise for everyone who watched, no one expected the upstart Bills to give the playoff bound Ravens a run for there money but they did and it was one of the best games in the 2010 season. Let’s see how the game was played:
1st quarter: The Ravens get on the board first as B. Cundiff kicks a 41-yard field goal The Bills strike back as Fitzpatrick hits L. Evans from 33-yards out for the go ahead touchdown The Bills cap off the quarter with a 21-yard field goal from R. Lindell The score at the end of the 1st Bills 10, Ravens 3
2nd quarter: The Bills continue the hot play as Fitzpatrick finds S. Johnson from 33-yards out for the touchdown The Ravens come back as Flacco hit T. Heap from 26-yards out for the score The Bills Fitzpatrick finds L. Evans again from 20-yards away for the score B. Cundiff kicks an amazing 48-yard field goal and Flacco finds T. Heap again from 14-yards out to end the half The score at the half Bills 24, Ravens 20
3rd quarter: The Ravens score first as Flacco finds A. Boldin from 34-yards out for the tying touchdown The Ravens go ahead on a W. McGahee 2-yard touchdown run At the end of the third Bills 24, Ravens 34
4th quarter: The Bills owned the fourth as Fitzpatrick finds L. Evans again for the third time from 17-yards out R. Lindell for the Bills hits an awesome 50-yard field goal to send the game into overtime Bills 34, Ravens 34
Overtime: The Ravens defense comes up big as they strip the ball away and B. Cundiff nails a 38-yard field goal to seal the deal for the Ravens. Final score Bills 34, Ravens 37
