Carolina hosts Denver
Carolina holds its destiny in their own hands because if the Panthers win out they will have Home Field Advantage in the NFC playoffs. But Denver will do their best to knock off the Panthers. The Denver Broncos vs. Carolina Panthers game should be interesting. Both offenses are strong at where the opposing defenses are weak. While Denver has a weak defense overall they really struggle against the run. And the Panthers with the best one two punch in the NFL with Williams and Stewart will run wild on them. \ Denver has a high octane passing game led by Jay Cutler and they throw a lot due to lack of running backs. Tatum Bell is the latest to get a shot at the job. Tampa Bay exposed Carolina’s lack of pass coverage skills. Most notably Ken Lucas who will be thrown at often by Denver. I think the Panthers Run Offense will dominate this game and keep the Broncos on the side line. Look for Julius Peppers to have a monster game, he is in a contract year and they don’t have to worry much about playing the run. Denver will make a couple of big plays in the passing game but it won’t be enough and the Panthers will win if they don’t turn the ball over much.
