Baltimore faces a terrible Bengals team

Ravens face Bengals in week #13

If there are any guarantees in the NFL this would be it. And it comes at a great time for the Ravens. Last weeks win over the Eagles was a good win but they need to iron out some kinks if they want to make some noise in the playoffs.

They also are still in the Steelers rear view mirror. However the Steelers go up to New England and so the Ravens need to just treat this game like a National league pitcher, pitching to his counterpart, the opposing pitcher. Don't fool around with him just put him down.

So the Ravens need to take the wounded Bengals and take them out to the back yard and put them out of their misery. They stink because they are in total dysfunction. Marvin Lewis has lost the team, period.

There is no point in reviewing numbers for this game. If the Ravens lose they should be made to walk back from Cincinnati in their underwear. Because that is the only thing that could be more embarrassing then losing to this pathetic franchise.

I'd love to see the Ravens just thrash the Bengals to pick up some momentum for the final turn of the season. The last four games with Washington, Pittsburgh, Dallas, and Jacksonville will prove whether this team has built its foundation on sand or on rock.

Ravens 35 Bengals 6
