2011 New Orleans Saints Schedule

2010 Review:

The Saints were ready and poised to try and repeat as Super Bowl champs, but the road to a repeat is always difficult and the Saints found that out first hand. It is always funny how things always seem to work in your favor during a Super Bowl season for the Saints in 2010 many of the close games they lost just by a few points. To wind up the season they were defeated by the Seahawks (which no one expected, except the 12th man in Seattle). With Drew Brees at the helm for the Saints things in 2011 are looking good as they expect to rise back up to the top of the NFC South.

2011 Preview:

New Orleans looking to rebound from 2010 really became active in the free agent market and the trade market as they dealt Reggie Bush to Miami and signed Darren Sproles to electrify the fans in the Superdome. With the Bush saga over the Saints really upgraded in the draft as the took running back Mark Ingram from Alabama and defensive end Cameron Jordan from California the Saints are looking to improve on both sides of the ball. As everyone knows you cannot count out a team that has Drew Brees as the signal caller but I do believe now the Saints are the second best team in the NFC South and it will be seen in 2011.

2011 Prediction:

10-6 (2nd place in NFC South)
