2010 Review:

For the Oakland Raiders the 2010 season was really bittersweet, they finished the regular season with an 8-8 record but they were undefeated in the conference for the year an impressive feat but they didn’t make the playoffs. The Raiders, as always, seem to have real issues when it came to the coach and owner during the 2010 NFL season, while on the field the lack of quality quarterback play and a shaky wide receiving corps did not help. Although they did improve from 2009, 2010 was not what they wanted so they continue to look ahead.

2011 Preview:

The Raiders seem to have taken two steps back, losing their best player in Nnamdi Asomugha to free agency and not really making any quality moves in the market it looks like it could be regression for the silver and black. If there is an upside it is having Darren McFadden and Michael Bush in the backfield but the real question will be having consistent quarterback play and who will step up to be the number one receiver for the Raiders. It looks like it could be a long season in Oakland.

4-12 (4th place in AFC West)
